We also offer LOCAL delivery for a flat rate of $3. If you are located in the delivery area you will be given this option during check-out. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
For ALL personalized orders please be aware there is a 1-4 week turnaround. Orders are worked in the order they are received. All items non-custom and on hand will be delivered within 24-48 hours once the order has been processed.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products we do not allow refunds or exchanges. We will however handle issues on a case-to-case basis to make sure our customers are happy.
